Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are among her best-known films. Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime until March 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness and is a member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement team. Her work at GI-TOC is focused on the assassination of people in contexts that involve illegal economics. Her interests in research also include the effect of criminal organizations on human rights and humanitarian laws and policies. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction with distinction International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also has an LL.M. and MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree magna cum laude in Legal and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her experience as a lawyer has included four years of practicing in a law firm that specialises in public law litigation. The past experience she has had also involved helping in roles with non-governmental organisations headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
