Najarra Townsend

Najarra was only three years old at the time she knew what she was looking for in her life. She began to model and act in stage plays at her home. Throughout her childhood and teenage life, Najarra was involved in a variety of the stage and musical performances. Her first appearance on screen when she was 10 years old and co-starred on the film "Menace". Najarra won international recognition for her part in the Sundance and Cannes Award-winning "Me and You and All the People We are" in 2005. She's played the main character in a variety of films, including "Tru loved""Marin Blue" and "Betty I Am" in addition to others. The public was able to witness a brand new face of Najarra's young actor on"Contracted," an IFC Midnight horror hit "Contracted".
